Advertisers may not cancel orders , or make changes in, advertising after the 3 days of the advertise it’s place.

The Publisher is not responsible for errors or omissions in any advertising materi­als provided by the advertiser.

The Publisher may reject or cancel any advertising for any reason at any time, as advertisements are not acceptable.

The Publisher shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to publish or circulate all or any part of any issue(s) of Shopping Boxes because of strikes, work stoppages, accidents, fires, acts of God or any other circumstances not within the control of the Publisher.

The Publisher shall not responsible any liability for the advertisers between customers and customer between advertisers.

The Publisher has the right to insert the advertising anywhere in the Shopping Boxes at its discretion, and any condition on contracts, orders or copy instructions involving the placement of advertising within an issue of Shopping Boxes (such as page location, com­petitive separation or placement facing editorial copy) will be treated as a positioning request only and cannot be guaranteed.

The Publisher may delete any advertising for the last day of the payment would not made.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

(b) Invoice receipt will be send after payment is received.

(c) We only place the advertising of full payment .

(d) 30 days will be a standard one month calculate in Shopping Boxes .30days/1 month will be start counting from the date of the advertisement is place.

(e) When advertiser made the full payment means they are agree with the Shopping Boxes’s Terms&Conditions.
